Overview
Thermal bond nonwoven plants are industrial systems used to produce nonwoven fabrics by bonding fibers using heat and pressure. This process eliminates the need for chemical binders, resulting in clean, strong, and eco-friendly fabrics widely used in hygiene, medical, and industrial applications.
Working Principle
Fibers (PP, PET, bicomponent fibers) are formed into a web using carding or air-laying.
The web passes through heated calender rollers or ovens.
Heat melts bonding points (especially sheath of bicomponent fibers).
Fibers are bonded together at contact points to form a मजबूत nonwoven structure.
Finished fabric is cooled and wound into rolls.
