Overview

Working Principle
Polymer granules (PS, PE, PP, EVA) are melted in an extruder.
Blowing agents are injected to create a foamed structure.
The material expands as it exits the die, forming a cellular foam.
Cooling and shaping processes stabilize the foam structure.
Finished foam sheets, boards, or profiles are cut and packed.
