Overview

Working Principle
Plastic granules (PVC, HDPE, PP, PPR) are melted in an extruder.
Molten material is extruded through a circular die to form pipes.
Vacuum calibration and cooling tanks shape and solidify the pipe.
Haul-off units pull the pipe at controlled speed.
Pipes are cut to required lengths and stacked.
