Overview
Geomembrane plants are industrial systems used to manufacture impermeable polymer sheets made from materials such as HDPE, LDPE, PVC, and LLDPE. These geomembranes are widely used as liners and barriers in environmental, agricultural, and infrastructure applications to prevent leakage and contamination.
Working Principle
Polymer granules (HDPE, LDPE, PVC, LLDPE) are melted in an extruder.
Molten material is extruded through a flat or blown film die to form sheets.
Calendering or stretching ensures uniform thickness and strength.
Cooling systems stabilize the sheet structure.
Finished geomembrane sheets are rolled and packed.
