Overview
PSA oxygen generators produce high-purity oxygen gas from compressed air using pressure swing adsorption technology, ideal for continuous industrial gas supply.
Principle
Atmospheric air is compressed and filtered to remove dust, oil, and moisture.
Compressed air passes through adsorption vessels filled with zeolite molecular sieves.
Nitrogen is selectively adsorbed, allowing oxygen to pass through as the product gas.
Adsorbent beds are regenerated by reducing pressure in a cyclic process.
Oxygen is collected, stored, and delivered for industrial use.
