Overview
Wet laid nonwoven plants are advanced industrial systems used to produce nonwoven fabrics by dispersing fibers in water and forming a uniform web. This technology is similar to paper-making and is widely used for producing high-quality, uniform, and fine-fiber nonwoven materials.
Working Principle
Fibers (natural or synthetic) are dispersed in water to form a slurry.
The slurry is deposited onto a moving screen to form a fiber web.
Water is removed through drainage and suction systems.
Bonding processes (chemical, thermal, or mechanical) strengthen the fabric.
Finished nonwoven fabric is dried and wound into rolls.
