VPSA (Vacuum Pressure Swing Adsorption) oxygen generators produce oxygen gas at large scale using low-pressure adsorption and vacuum desorption, ideal for continuous industrial gas supply with high efficiency.
Ambient air is drawn using a blower and passed through filtration systems.
Air enters adsorption vessels containing zeolite molecular sieves.
Nitrogen is selectively adsorbed, allowing oxygen to pass through.
Vacuum pumps desorb nitrogen from the adsorbent for regeneration.
Oxygen is collected and supplied continuously to industrial processes.
