Working Principle
Raw materials (pigments, additives, and polymers) are accurately dosed and mixed.
The mixture is melted and compounded in a twin-screw extruder.
Homogeneous dispersion of pigments and additives is achieved.
Extruded strands are cooled and pelletized into granules.
Finished masterbatch pellets are packed for further use.
