Overview

Working Principle
Polymer granules (such as LLDPE, LDPE, PP) are melted in an extruder.
Molten material is passed through a flat (T-die) to form a thin film.
The film is rapidly cooled using chilled rollers for uniform thickness.
Stretching and edge trimming processes improve film properties.
Final film is wound into rolls for further processing or packaging.
