VPSA Biogas Generator
Overview
VPSA (Vacuum Pressure Swing Adsorption) biogas generators are advanced gas upgrading systems designed to convert raw biogas into pipeline-quality biomethane suitable for gas industry applications such as CNG, PNG, and industrial fuel.
Working Principle
Raw biogas from digesters or landfills is pre-treated to remove moisture, Hâ‚‚S, and particulates.
Gas is compressed and passed through adsorption towers filled with selective adsorbents.
COâ‚‚, oxygen, and trace gases are selectively adsorbed, allowing methane to pass through.
Vacuum regeneration removes adsorbed gases, restoring the adsorbent for continuous cycles.
High-purity biomethane is delivered for direct gas grid injection or compression into Bio-CNG.
