Overview
Multilayer barrier film plants are advanced extrusion systems used to produce high-performance films with multiple layers of different polymers. Working Principle
Multiple polymer resins (such as PE, PP, EVOH, PA) are melted in separate extruders.
Molten layers are combined through a co-extrusion die to form a multilayer structure.
The film is cooled using air or chill rollers to stabilize structure.
Stretching processes enhance mechanical and barrier properties.
Finished film is wound into rolls for packaging applications.
